The Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) is stepping up its efforts to address the city's stray cattle problem, particularly as the monsoon season drives cattle onto roads in search of dry ground. To avoid further reprimand from the Gujarat High Court, the AMC''s Cattle Nuisance Control Department (CNCD) has enlisted the help of 15,000 sanitary workers to identify illegal cattle ponds within city limits.
