Asarwa Civil Hospital's OPD building to get a makeover

The Asarwa Civil Hospital in Ahmedabad is set for a major upgrade. The 65-year-old Outpatient Department (OPD) building, serving approximately 4,000 patients daily, will undergo renovation to provide a more comfortable and efficient experience for patients and staff.

The OPD building, a historical landmark, will be equipped with central air conditioning and undergo extensive interior renovations to better manage patient flow. This transformation is part of a larger Rs 568 crore project to modernise the hospital, which includes the construction of two new wings within the campus.
