The Ahmedabad Urban Development Authority (AUDA) is set to auction two road-facing plots on Chandkheda TP-44 Ring Road, with a cumulative base price of Rs 315 crore. These plots, earmarked for commercial use, are expected to significantly boost AUDA’s revenue.
Of the two plots up for grabs, one is priced at Rs 150 crore with an area of 18,693 sqm. The other, slightly larger at 21,685 sqm, has a base price of Rs 165 crore. Together, they span a total of 40,378 sqm.
