Bopal Realty Scam Linked to Rs 200 Cr Land Fraud

Builder purchased land from farmers but did not pay them; 183 people duped of Rs 35 cr in fake scheme; another complaint filed

In a new turn of events, another complaint has been filed in the Bopal builder scam, revealing a massive real estate fraud that has duped 183 people out of Rs 35 crore. The accused, operating under the name Privilon Buildcon LLP, allegedly used fake documents, misleading ads and aggressive promotions to lure buyers into investing in a non-existent 22-story project called Celestial Towers in Ghuma village.

It has emerged that the builder allegedly purchased land from farmers without paying them, resulting in a predicted scam amounting to approximately Rs 200 crore.
