A trader from Bilasia village near Naroda Ring Road has filed a complaint of fraud with CID Crime against a couple from Ranip. The couple, Jigar Tuli and his wife Sapna Tuli, allegedly tricked him into investing Rs 1.8 crore in an IPO, promising hefty returns in just 20 days. The couple gave the trader post-dated cheques which later bounced, leading the trader to file a complaint.
