HC finds trial court biased, acquits man

Says all accused similar yet one convicted to 7 yrs' imprisonment and 3 others acquitted

A bench of the Gujarat HC acquitted an accused convicted to seven years simple imprisonment for murdering a man over an old enmity. Both the victim and accused also had a civil dispute filed before the court. The trial court in Vadodara had acquitted three of the accused while convicting Mukesh Sargara for the 2001 murder of Kantibhai Ramabhai.
