Justice Sandeep Bhatt of the Gujarat High Court on Tuesday once again verbally lashed out at the police department for getting involved in disputes over money recovery instead of focusing on prevention of hardcore crimes.
Days after coming down heavily on the Surat CID and local crime branch, he reprimanded the Rajkot Crime Branch police inspector, warning him of action if he was found to have played any role in a money recovery case.
The HC posted further hearing on December 20.
