the state government has suspended seven hospitals from the list of facilities authorised to provide healthcare services under the Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (PMJAY), also known as the Ayushman Bharat Yojana. Additionally, four specialist doctors have been suspended across the state. The action comes in the aftermath of the death of two individuals after botched angioplasty at Khyati hospital in Ahmedabad.
