While the real estate market in Ahmedabad may seem stagnant, some outlying areas have experienced higher price growth over the past six years compared to many prime locations. Research from Anarock shows that prime areas like Prahladnagar and Vastrapur saw 28% price growth each between 2019 and Q3 2024. In contrast, peripheral areas like Nava Naroda, Bopal, and Shela witnessed more significant growth of 44%, 32% and 33% respectively, over the same period.
