THIEVES ruined £25,000 of pies made by TV chef Tommy Banks after stealing and crashing his van.
The 2,500 pastry treats were in the refrigerated vehicle, ready to go on sale at York Christmas market, when the vehicle was stolen from Melmerby, North Yorks.
It was dumped with its contents in Hemlington, Middlesbrough.
