Nuria Sajjad and Selena Lau died when a Land Rover ploughed into an end-of-term tea party at The Study Preparatory School in Wimbledon on July 6 last year.

Their families have been told by the Crown Prosecution Service that the female motorist will not be charged as she suffered an epileptic seizure.

Claire Freemantle, the driver of the vehicle, expressed her "deepest sorrow" and said she had "no recollection of what took place".

But the girls' families said that "justice has neither been done, nor has been seen to be done".

They added that many lives were "irreparably shattered" that day and they were "unconvinced" the investigation had been conducted thoroughly.
