MANCHESTER CITY have agreed to sell striker Julian Alvarez to Atletico Madrid for a clubrecord £82million.
The Premier League champions have been in talks with their Spanish counterparts this week.
Negotiations advanced quickly over the past 24 hours and the two parties have struck a deal.
Atletico are expected to pay £65m up front with a further £17m to come in potential add-ons, which represents a record sale for City.
