FOOD critic and author Tom Parker Bowles has revealed his stepdad the King "appals waste" and insists leftovers are used in other meals.
The King has long been a champion of sustainability. The Coronation Food Project coordinated by his charitable fund launched last year, aiming to reduce food waste and support people living in food insecurity.
Tom, 49, the son of Queen Camilla, said: "It's not the King paying lip service - he practises what he preaches.
