THEY are on the brink of history.
Manchester City are now just 90 minutes and one win away from an unprecedented fourth consecutive Premier League title.
And of course it was their fab four of Erling Haaland, Kevin De Bruyne, Bernardo Silva and Phil Foden who created the all-important goal.
Haaland finished it incredibly it was City's first goal in five Premier League games and 414 minutes at Tottenham's new stadium and even the home fans seemed to enjoy it on a surreal night in North London.
City's top scorer then got his 27th Premier League goal with a last-gasp penalty which takes him to 38 goals in all competitions. Not a bad return for what has allegedly been a bad season. He is now on course for the Golden Boot.
It was a bizarre, almost tepid atmosphere of divided loyalties with the home fans not quite sure whether they really wanted their team to win and help their bitter rivals Arsenal in the title race.
But after City scored, the place came alive as the away end celebrated a huge, defining moment in their season (far right) while the Spurs fans began chanting: "Are You Watching Arsenal" while doing the Poznan.
