A GUEST who died after appearing on The Jeremy Kyle Show had been referred to a crisis team over suicidal thoughts weeks before filming.
Steve Dymond, 63, was found dead on May 9, 2019, seven days after filming the ITV show, an inquest heard.
Weeks before his time in the studio, he told a GP of his plans to end his life.
Dr Amjad Rehman made an urgent referral to the acute crisis team.
