THE mum of a brave toddler who endured a three-hour operation after being mauled by a dog is backing our campaign to overhaul the law.
Stacey Louise Murray, 33, said Elouise Smith, three, was bitten by a "Staffy-type dog" while playing at a friend's house.
The senior care assistant said: "She was crying when I got to the house and her face was wrapped in a white towel.
