SHEFFIELD has again been named the best city in the world for lovers of beer, bar none.
Among other qualities, the South Yorkshire city has four breweries per 100,000 residents, according to a report by beer writer Pete Brown.
He also discovered there are 780 different beers brewed in Sheffield each year, with 300 craft keg beers on sale to drinkers every day.
And the city has 362 "individual alcohol attractions", as he puts it.
