Katherine Kelly has opened up about how she bonded with her co-star Eve Myles over being working mums ahead of her latest dark thriller.
Katherine, 45, who shares two daughters with former husband Ryan Clark, stars in The Crow Girl alongside the Broadchurch actress.
After appearing in Mr Bates vs The Post Office, The Long Shadow and other hit dramas over the past year, Katherine revealed she connected instantly with Eve.
She said: "We're at a similar stage in our lives. We adore our jobs but we adore being mothers as well and we don't want to miss any of that together "We came immediately on that.
"We admit that we're both workaholics and I mean that in the most positive way. We do what we love for a living Eve, 46, who has three daughters with actor husband Bradley Freegard, would prepare for an intense day of filming by going jogging.
