ABANDONED by her desperate mother back in 1976, Susanne Barrow has just met the half-brother she never knew existed.
It has taken a six-year hunt by a TV programme to track down some family for the baby girl left in a phone box in East London with a heartrending note.
It read: "I cannot keep the baby. Please call her Maria. My maiden name is Roberts and I would like her to have it.
"I have no one to help me so please take care of her. I am going to try and find her again, even if it means going to jail." Susanne, 48, from Essex, gets to meet big brother Brian, 54, on ITV show Long Lost Family and both were in tears.
Just before they see each other, she says: "I've always had this image of having an older brother."
