ALLY McCoist has revealed he was once targeted by a crazed female fan who had escaped from prison.
The Rangers legend told how police turned up at his home to tell him that the woman, who was obsessed with him, was on the loose.
The former Ibrox player and manager was shown a photo of her and urged to take precautions to keep himself safe.
The incident happened when the 61-year-old was a young player at Rangers in the 80s and living in East Kilbride.
Asked on Talksport if he had ever had a "weird fan", he said: "Oh aye. I had the police at my door one day.
