EDITH Bowman is hoping her upbringing working in her parents' restaurant will give her an advantage in the new series of Celebrity MasterChef.
The radio DJ and TV presenter is one of two Scots entering the kitchens to compete for the title.
Joining her is comedian and star of the The Scotts, Jamie MacDonald, who is blind after he started to lose his sight aged 16 because of a degenerative condition.
Radio 2 DJ and film critic Edith, 50, has plenty of experience helping out while growing up in The Craw's Nest Hotel in Anstruther, Fife, under her belt.
