A GOLD disc that Rod Stewart swapped with Rangers legend Sandy Jardine for a Scotland cap has become the star of the Antiques Roadshow.
The Celtic-daft singer was great friends with the late football hero and would often go on nights out with him and Kenny Dalglish in the 70s.
During one conversation, Tartan Army fan Rod told Jardine how he would love to own a Scotland cap.
When the former defender, who died from cancer aged 65 in 2014, said he would love to own a gold disc, the pair agreed to swap.
