BAKERY giant Greggs could cook up 2000 jobs this year after setting a target of opening new outlets at a rate of around three a week.
Sales at the chain, best known for its trademark sausage rolls, leapt by nearly a fifth to a record £ 1.8 billion last year and it already has nearly 2500 shops.
