FORMER bouncer colleagues of Skye rampage killer Finlay MacDonald joked that he was the type who "might flip at any moment".

The introverted doorman was teased by workmates for his deadly serious demeanour but wasn't known for violence despite his job calling for physicality.

But one friend said his cold personality and lack of empathy with others made him a likely candidate for a violent breakdown.

One friend said: "If I had to pick out one bouncer out of all the guys I worked with who'd snap and go on the rampage, it would be Finlay MacDonald.

"There's been a good bit of chat about that during the trial and everyone agrees on that point.
