A ROAD crash on a country road that claimed the life of a pensioner is still being probed by police a year later.
Donald McKillop, 78, died in Strathaven, Lanarkshire, after he was struck by a vehicle moments before it crashed into a field.
The ex-RAF serviceman was pronounced dead at the scene by medics and an investigation was launched on January 3 last year.
