A LEADING lawyer has called for a compulsory domestic abuse register to be introduced across Scotland.
Thomas Leonard Ross KC wants the names of all violent partners to be recorded on the equivalent of the sex offenders' register.
He said the list should include people who subject their partners to psychological abuse as well as those who carry out physical attacks.
