SHAMELESS ticket touts are to be targeted in a crackdown ahead of football's Euro 2028 tournament.
The Scottish Government is consulting on proposals to slap unauthorised street sellers and online touts with fines of more than £20,000 at the UK and Ireland event in four years' time.
It's part of efforts to protect people from traders reselling tickets at hugely inflated prices when Euro 2028 pitches up in Glasgow.
