A DELIGHTED couple revealed they celebrated like Del Boy and Rodney after scooping a £61.7 million lottery jackpot.
Richard and Debbie Nuttall were in a rented VW Polo on holiday in Fuerteventura when their EuroMillions win was confirmed. He said: "We were going mental.
It reminded him of Del Boy and Rodney in the famous scene from Only Fools and Horses in 1996, when the pair finally celebrate becoming millionaires in their trusty Reliant Regal.
But this was real. Richard said: "The lady checked with her manager and then came back on the line to say - and I'll never forget these words - 'I can confirm you are the winners of the £61,708,321 EuroMillions jackpot.
"Well, by this time me and Debs are going mental, jumping up and down in our car seats, punching the air, thumping the dashboard.
