A LAWYER is dealing with more than 10 victims among "thousands" of Brits chasing justice after crashes with US military staff.
Radd Seiger, representing the latest victim, nurse Elizabeth Donowho, has demanded action to "stem the river of blood flowing on the roads outside US bases".
His call came after the driver involved, Isaac Calderon, fled the UK days before he was due in court.
