MIKEL ARTETA has revealed how his "big brother" Mauricio Pochettino warned him not to go into coaching.
The pair became close when Arteta, then a teenager, went on loan from Barcelona to Paris St-Germain in 2000.
Pochettino, who was already playing there, took him under his wing, and when Arteta later hung up his boots, he sought his old pal's advice.
Arsenal boss Arteta said: "I spoke to him and he said, 'Don't go into coaching, it's too hard!'
"It was my first professional opportunity in Paris. We arrived at the same time and lived together in a hotel.
