DERBY 0
WEST HAM 2
JARROD BOWEN continued to put his World Cup heartache behind him last night as he helped West Ham secure a fifth-round FA Cup tie at Manchester United.
Bowen, who has four England caps, just missed out on a Qatar trip with Gareth Southgate’s men after an underwhelming start to the season for struggling West Ham.
But Bowen scored for the first time in the Premier League since October with a brace in the Hammers’ 2-0 win over Everton this month.
And last night, he fired David Moyes’ side into an early lead with his eighth goal of the season in the 10th minute and then teed up Michail Antonio to double the advantage after the break.
Derby are fourth in League One and on a 19-game unbeaten run in all competitions but that ended last night.
