AS A kid he used to play out rather than watch the Grand Final – but Wigan’s Tyler Dupree is now fully tuned in to complete a “crazy” year.
The hard-running prop lines up in tomorrow’s Old Trafford title decider in what will be only his NINTH game for the club.
Highly-rated Dupree was bought from Salford for a six-figure fee in July after Wigan saw off interest from a clutch of rivals, including Hull KR.
He had made his England debut against France in April, adding to his meteoric rise, less than 12 months after being a part-time player with Widnes.
And now he is preparing to face Catalans in front of more than 50,000 fans to become a Super League winner.
