NEIL ROBERTSON is desperate to put a miserable 18-month spell behind him by completing a Masters hat-trick.
The Aussie, 41, suffered from a serious bout of homesickness as results on the table plummeted.
World No.7 Robertson took a break away from the game after the UK Championship, missing the Scottish Open, to spend a month Down Under for Christmas with his family.
"I feel as if it's Neil Robertson 2.0 and I'm starting the next chapter of my career now," said the 2012 and 2022 Masters champion, who plays Barry Hawkins in the first round tonight.
