Out July 21, The Ballad Of Darren is the reunited band's ninth album and one that finds the quartet in reflective mood as they muse over personal and global affairs - and middle-age.
Damon Albarn revealed: "This is an aftershock record, reflection and comment on where we find ourselves now."
WIRED first reported Blur were making new music back in March when their producer James Ford let slip he was working with them at his Devon studio.
