TAKE it as Red - Liverpool are still well and truly in the title race.

After the week from hell - ambushed at home by Crystal Palace and turfed out of Europe by Atalanta - they restored factory settings at Craven Cottage.

And those who questioned whether they had the emotional fortitude to handle the last month of manager Jurgen Klopp's farewell tour were presented with convincing evidence that Liverpool have what it takes to drag it to the wire again.

Trent Alexander-Arnold's free-kick set them on their way.

Never mind 'Bend it like Beckham we all want to 'Tonk it like Trent' Fulham had given Klopp's bounty hunters all the trouble they could handle on their last three visits to the Cottage, but this time they were short of a gallop.
