LEWIS MORGAN says he has not gatecrashed the Scotland squad just to make up the numbers.
The former Celtic winger turned striker, who spent time at on loan Sunderland in 2019, moved to Inter Miami in 2020 and then New York in 2022.
And it was from there that he left the Red Bulls and made a mad dash for his first Scotland game in six years, when boss Steve Clarke took the plunge and named him in his injuryravaged Euros squad.
Regardless of how he ended up on the plane to Germany for the finals, the 27-year-old is determined to make it count after coming on as a sub against Finland last Friday.
