VOLODYMYR Zelensky received a hero’s welcome on his first visit to the UK since Russia invaded Ukraine.
Rishi Sunak embraced the Ukrainian president after his plane touched down at Stansted Airport yesterday.
The pair visited British Army base Lulworth Camp in Dorset where Ukrainian troops are being trained to use Challenger 2 tanks.
Mr Zelensky thanked the PM for his support before presenting medals to some of his troops.
