MAURICIO POCHETTINO says his old friend Roy Hodgson is the perfect example of how to handle managerial stick.
Both bosses have experienced fierce flak in recent weeks amid turbulent form and Chelsea could pile even more pressure on Hodgson with victory at Crystal Palace tonight.
Yet despite calls for Hodgson's head from the furious travelling Palace faithful during the 4-1 defeat at Brighton, Pochettino insists his opposite number has the tools to weather the storm.
The Argentine said: "I didn't see the criticism [at Brighton].
"That is part of the game, it is football.
He has the experience to manage every situation.
