Vardy, the wife of Leicester City player Jamie Vardy, was told to pay an initial £800,000 in November 2022, and was made liable for 90 per cent of Rooney's estimated £2 million costs.
The two sides were returning to court today for a judge to settle a dispute about the final legal costs incurred during the High Court case.
