With an eye on Delhi's Pandit and Sikh voters, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) national convenor Arvind Kejriwal Monday announced his fifth poll promise -- ₹18,000 a month to all pandits and pujaris working in temples and granthis in gurdwaras across the city if the party returns to power in the Assembly election next year.
