AMRITSAR:
While no casualties were reported in the incident, the opposition hit out at the Aam Aadmi Party-led Punjab government over the "deteriorating law and order situation" in the state.
The police received information about the blast at around 2am, Amritsar police commissioner Gurpreet Singh Bhullar said, promising strict action against the accused.
"Pakistan's ISI lures our youngsters to create disturbances in Punjab. We will trace them within days and take appropriate action. I warn youngsters not to ruin their lives. We will catch the culprits soon," Bhullar said.
