DEHRADUN:

Dhami gave these directions to the officials during a high-level meeting at the Chief Minister's residence in Dehradun on Friday.

Dhami said, "Efforts should be made to increase the carrying capacity of Badrinath, Kedarnath, Gangotri and Yamunotri by development of infrastructure facilities. Preparations should be made to make the upcoming Char Dham yatra smooth. To strengthen all the arrangements for the Char Dham Yatra, all processes for forming the Yatra Authority should be completed by January 30, 2025. By January 15, a meeting should be held with the priest and stakeholders for their suggestions. For a well-organised yatra, the system of registration should be streamlined by making better use of technology", Dhami said.
