"Police noticed a woman uploading reels on social media by not only wearing a police uniform but also using indecent words. Her reels were tarnishing the police image. Officials traced the woman and booked her under relevant sections," said PN Meena, senior superintendent of police (SSP), Nainital, on Tuesday.
According to police, a YouTuber was uploading her reels on social media. Police noticed that she not only shoots her reels in police sub-inspector's uniform but also uses indecent words in her reels.
Officials traced her and took her into custody. She was identified as a resident of Kaladhungi.
