Those who are showing Constitution books to the country and distributing blank books in Maharashtra, I would like to ask them, they (Congress) have ruled the country for 6-7 decades, but why was the Constitution made by Babasaheb Ambedkar not implemented in the whole of India?"
Modi asserted that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)-led Centre "abrogated Article 370 and hoisted the tricolour."
On August 5, 2019, the Modi government abrogated Article 370, which accorded special status to J&K, and bifurcated the erstwhile state into two Union territories of J&K and Ladakh.
