Medical experts at this year's International Society for Knowledge for Surgeons an Arthroscopy and Arthroplasty (ISKSAA) conference emphasized the critical need for comprehensive sports injury centres while showcasing cutting-edge innovations in orthopaedic treatments through multiple live surgeries and lectures.
"This conference primarily was for current concepts; we wanted to pick up few of the burning topics of today which are important in orthopaedics. The theme for the conference is different each year. Last time it was more on newer technologies, this time it has been more on current concepts in orthopaedics," said Dr Pushpinder Singh Bajaj, ISKSAA president and chairman and managing director, Centre for Sports Injury.
