THE Government is to try and stop children getting access to porn on their computers and smart phones.
The new online safety commissioner is being ordered to crackdown on the most serious forms of harmful online content especially for children.
Media Minister Catherine Martin said: The online safety commissioner will devise binding online safety codes and apply them to certain online services established in the State including certain social media platforms which make available user generated content.
