KATHRYN Thomas has revealed she has set her sights on her own permanent RTE Radio show after filling in for Ray D’Arcy for years.
The Operation Transformation star has been a stalwart presenter within the broadcaster for the past 20 years, and feels it is a natural next step for her to take on the airwaves next.
She is set to return to temporarily take over the desk next month to fill in for Ray during his holidays.
Kathryn told the Irish Daily Mirror: “I love it. I love the live aspect so much and it is so varied. There’s so many different interviews you do from the serious to the ridiculous to the heartfelt to the real sort of consumer stuff, and I love it and enjoy it.”
The presenter is hoping her decades of work will lead to her own gig soon.
