NORTH Korea's leader Kim Jong Un has pledged loyalty to Vladimir Putin and spoke of his total backing for Russia's war on Ukraine.
As the two despots staged a summit in Russia, Kim talked of his "full and unconditional support for all measures taken by the Russian government".
The North Korean dictator called Putin's war a "sacred fight".
Kim added: "We will always stand with Russia on the anti-imperialist front. He also said North Korea's relations with Russia are "the first priority".
The leaders met at a remote rocket launch base in Siberia for a summit that underscores how their interests are aligning in the face of intensifying confrontations with the US.
Kim bombarded an official with questions about rockets. It was hours after North Korea's latest weapons test, firing two ballistic missiles towards the sea.
