
Defence and Security Editor NORTH Korean tyrant Kim JongUn arrived in Russia yesterday for talks with Vladimir Putin on how to dodge sanctions from the West.
Kim travelled in an armoured train to the summit, where Putin was expected to ask for more weapons to help bolster his war on Ukraine.
Both leaders are hoping to swerve international boycotts - Russia wants extra ammunition while North Korea needs economic aid.
