GARDAI are investigating the death of a mother who was found dead by her two young children.
Martina Reynolds, 32, was discovered dead in her bed at her home in Kilglass, Co Roscommon, at around 9am on Saturday.
Tragic Martina, who had worked as a nurse, had suffered what appeared to be a head injury in what gardai described as "unexplained circumstances".
It is understood her traumatised children managed to raise the alarm amid the shocking circumstances.
A postmortem examination yesterday returned inconclusive results.
